Fromage Blanc with Toasted Pistachios and Maple Syrup Drizzle

  • 2 cup
  • Strawberries
    Fruits & Vegetables
    Nîmes strawberries

  • 10 gr
    15 ml

Wash and Cut strawberries in 4 pieces then place into a bowl

    Add sugar and vanilla powder then transfer to a small pot with cover and simmer for 20min

    After 20min, remove and transfer to a small bowl, drizzle with the NYS maple syrup

    Instructions for the whipped fromage blanc

    In a large bowl, using a whisk, whip the fromage blanc.

    Gently whisk the fromage blanc for an airier and lighter texture.

    Transfer to a small bowl, drizzle with the NYS maple syrup.

    Roughly chop the pistachio, and sautéed in a small pan till golden color
