Avocado toast with Limousin apples, manchego cheese and Pine honey

Crunchy, creamy and slightly sweet, this is an avocado toast recipe like you've never tasted before. The Limousin apple combined with the slightly spicy Manchego cheese offers the perfect balance on the palate. We make it all extremely sweet with the melting honey and voilà - we have the best sweat and savory avocado toast recipe ever!

Ingredients For

  • Avocado toast with Limousin apples, manchego cheese and Pine honey

Mash the avocado with a fork.


Toast the slices of bread.


Cut the radishes into slices.


Peel and cut the apples into large quarters, brown them with the honey and add the seeds and walnuts. Leave to cook and remove to a tray.


Spread the avocado on a slice, add the herbs and the apple seed mixture.


Place thin slices of manchego and cover with the salamander from the oven.


Add radish and apple slices for a fresh twist!
