Pork Sandwich with a British touch

He really wanted to do it for the Foodies Challenge, we couldn't refuse him...
We present you David and his beautiful Pork Sandwich with a British touch!

Ingredients For

Preheat oven to 180c 
Toast the walnuts for about 8 minutes then set aside 

Peel and dice the apples, place into a saucepan with a touch of water ,salt and a knob of butter.
Cover with a lid or foil and cook on a low heat for around 10 minutes, remove the cover and allow to cook out before whisking into a sauce.

Heat a pan with oil,thyme and garlic. Season your pork chop before slipping it into the pan. Leave the pork to color on one side before flipping, adding a knob of butter and putting into the oven for a few minutes to cook to your liking.
Remove and allow the pork to relax. 

Meanwhile slice your buns and the brie topped with microplaned walnuts, pop this into the oven or grill and let its melt away.

Slice your pork and layer your rolls with the pork and apple sauce.
