Ham, Cheese and Fig Croissant

Pimping up your croissants with some juicy figs, cream cheese, and the finest French ham!

    French Emmental de Savoie Cheese PGI
    120 g See the article
  • Olive oil and blue background
    Oil & oilseeds
    PDO Vallée des Baux-de-Provence Olive Oil

Slice the croissants in half lengthways.  

Slice the figs in thick slices. 

Spread a generous layer of soft cheese on both sides of the croissants. 

Fill them with the ham and figs and close.
