French Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is not only delicious with all kinds of dishes and raw vegetables, but it is also the basis for many other sauces! 

Ingredients For

  • 300 ml
  • x 2
  • 0.50 tsp
  • PGI Burgundy mustard
    Burgundy Mustard PGI



Place your ingredients at room temperature one to two hours before using. 


In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, white wine vinegar, Burgundy mustard and salt. Whisk it all together. 


Then, gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk. It is important to add the oil little by little, especially at the beginning. 


This mayonnaise can be made with a hand mixer
