Boulevardier Cocktail

In 1927, to celebrate the launch of their magazine “The Boulevardier”, two American journalists based in Paris created the cocktail of the same name, based on Negroni. The Cravan cocktail café-bar offers a 100% French version.

Stir the ingredients in a shaker tin over ice for fifteen seconds. Strain and serve in a chilled aperitif glass. Squeeze orange twist.
