A summer dish that puts French tomatoes in the spotlight. The tomato is a seasonal fruit that we love whenever its cooked. And yes, tomatoes are fruits! Not a vegetables, despite what some might think!
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Arrange them in an oven dish.
Cut the slices of bread into small pieces and add them to the dish.
Crumble the Tomme de Brebis roughly over the top.
Add the olives and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and add the pine nuts.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).
