Oysters au gratin with streaky bacon
For the holidays, seafood is often on the table. Try this recipe for oyster au gratin, a real treat!
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix the breadcrumbs, almond flour and butter into a paste in a mixing bowl.
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Shuck the oysters. Drain off the water inside.
Place the oysters on a baking tray. Add a few strips of bacon and spoon some of the mixture over each oyster.
Bake for 10 minutes until browned.
Finely chop the spring onion and sprinkle over the oysters fresh from the oven.
