Fromage Blanc with Toasted Pistachios and Maple Syrup Drizzle

Instructions for the strawberries marmalade
Wash and cut strawberries in 4 pieces then place them into a bowl.
Add the sugar and vanilla powder, then transfer to a small pot with cover and simmer for 20 min.
After 20 min, remove and set aside.
Instructions for the whipped fromage blanc
In a large bowl, using a whisk, whip the fromage blanc.
Transfer to a small bowl, drizzle with the NYS maple syrup.
Roughly chop the pistachios, and sauté them in a small pan until they turn golden.
Place the strawberries over the fromage blanc and sprinkle the toasted pistachios
