Treat yourself to an original baguette sandwich that combines typical flavours of South-West France, such as smoked Duck Breast and Goat’s Cheese. It is the perfect snack for a picnic with friends or a great lunch idea.
Cut the baguette in half, then in half again lengthways.
Cut the goat’s cheese log into slices.
Wash and dry the rocket and grapes. Cut the grapes in half.
Make the vinaigrette: mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust to taste.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the baguette and top with the duck breast, slices of goat’s cheese log, a few grapes and the rocket.
Season to taste, and enjoy immediately... or later!
