Crazy Meringue with Warm Chocolate Sauce

Add milk, cream, sugar and water to the pot.
Heat milk mixture while whisking to a scald.
Strain and pour milk over chocolate.
Instructions for the meringue
In a large bowl combine all ingredients in a “bain marie” and wisk to 110 degrees F.
Transfer the mixture into a standing mixer and whisk till very stiff peaks.
Using a large spoon scoop two large meringue into a baking tray with baking paper.
Place in the oven and bake at 250 degrees F four two hours.
After two hours remove and let cool.
Warm up to a scald.
Place the meringue into a plate and pour over the warm chocolate sauce.
