Mix the flours, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add eggs, mix, then stir in milk.

Cut the sausages in half, then stick a wooden skewer into them.

Dip a sausage into the batter and coat well. Fry in a deep-fat fryer at 338 F°. Corn dogs are ready when golden brown.
