Yogurt with fresh cream and mango

A sweet and savory mango custard with an incredible texture to end a meal in style.

Ingredients For

  • Yogurt with fresh cream and mango
  • 300 g of pulp
  • 400 ml
  • Creme fraiche in a bowl
    Isigny Crème Fraîche & Bresse Crème Fraîche PDO
  • 6 tbsp
  • PDO Vosges Pine Honey
    Vosges Pine Honey PDO
  • 1 tsp
  • 100 ml
  • 1 tsp



Peel the mango and add it to a blender.



Add the milk and creme fraiche.



Stir in the cornstarch and a tablespoon or two of honey.



Blend until smooth.



Cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until thickened.



Pour into glasses and refrigerate for two hours or overnight.



Serve with whipped cream on top, diced mango and fresh mint.
