Yogurt and Roasted Figs with Honey and Pistachios

Here is a simple and healthy dessert idea of yogurt served with roasted figs with honey and pistachios. The sweetness of the figs and the crunchiness of the pistachios go perfectly with the yogurt.

Ingredients For

    Sweet products

Cut the figs into quarters.  

Lightly oil a baking dish with neutral oil or olive oil so that the figs do not stick. Place the figs in the dish. Sprinkle with pistachios and add a drizzle of honey.  

Bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). 

Depending on your taste, you can sweeten the plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey. Distribute the yogurt in small bowls. Place the roasted figs on top of the yogurt, add a few crushed pistachios and a final drizzle of honey.
