Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter 12 small cake moulds.

Whip the eggs, milk and oil in a bowl. Gradually add the flour, yeast and a pinch of salt. Then add the grated cheese.

Divide the dough into 3.

For the first cake
Peel the pear and cut into cubes. Cut the blue cheese into cubes.. Add these to the dough.

For the second cake
Brush clean the mushrooms and sauté them in a hot buttered frying pan. Cut the Comté cheese into cubes. Add these to the dough and sprinkle with the chives.

For the third cake
Cut the Reblochon into cubes and the coppa into strips. Add these to the dough and sprinkle with the chives.

Put the various preparations into the cake moulds and bake for about 13 minutes. Cool before removing from the mould
