David Kelly, the English touch

British chef David Kelly (ex-Sausalito, 6 Paul Bert) is all about fresh, seasonal market cooking. Pork pies, sausage rolls and scotch eggs fans rejoice: the Londoner will be opening Project Sausage very soon - the first British deli in the 11th arrondissement, using the finest French ingredients around. 


He showed us that he is a lover of food and even developed some feelings for his burger!
