Veggie sushis with mimolette and cauliflower

Mimolette cheese and boiled cauliflower are cut into cubes of the same size and combined with sushi rice to make Inari Sushi. You can taste the richness of the mimolette and the crunchiness of the cauliflower. Finish with a sprig of dill.

Ingredients For

  • 120 ml
  • 4 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • 4 tbsp



Cut the mimolette into small cubes of about 5 mm. Boil the cauliflower for about 2 minutes and cut into small cubes, as well as the mimolette. Prepare the sushi skins wrapping.



To make the sushi rice: Place the white rice in a bowl and add the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, stirring with a rice scoop. When the rice is glossy and off the heat, stir in the white sesame seeds.


Add the mimolette and the cauliflower, mix well, fill the rice wrappers and top with dill.
