Baked Camembert is a fantastic dish for a gathering among friends or family.
Let the cheese set at room temperature one hour before baking.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Take the Camembert out of its box, remove the wax wrapping paper, then put it back in the box.
Score the top of the cheese several times with a knife.
Sprinkle the thyme or rosemary on top along with a drizzle of olive oil.
Back for 15 to 20 minutes. While the cheese is baking, cut the walnut bread into half-inch cubes.
Place the Camembert (still in the box) in the middle of a dish and scatter the bread cubes around the edges.
Eat the cheese while it is still warm by dipping the bread into the cheese.
