The rum-based mojito is always refreshing with handfuls of fresh mint and muddled limes. This one gets an extra boost of flavor with fresh watermelon and a ginger ale float.

For each drink, muddle 2 c. of the watermelon chunks with half of the lime juice, and 2 tsp. of the cane sugar in a glass.

Stir in a handful of mint leaves, then add 2 oz. of the rum and ½ c. of the ice to each glass.
