Ingredients For

  • 2 cups (shredded)
  • 2 slices (1 inch thick)

  • 5 fl. oz.
  • 2.50 tsp
  • Creme fraiche in a bowl
    Dairy products
    PDO Heavy Crème Fraîche
    2 fl. oz. See the article
  • 2.50 tsp

Dice the bacon into pieces of about 1/8 inch and reserve.

    In a bowl combine, eggs, yolk, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg, and white pepper, then whisk well.

    In a nonstick round baking mold, spray thoroughly, then add the wet mix, diced bacon, and add last the shredded NY cheddar.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15min.
    Serve with a side of salad.
