Fried Sweet Potatoes With Camembert And Honey

Camembert and fried sweet potatoes, tossed with honey and a squeeze of lemon. A comforting, delicious way of enjoying baked sweet potatoes with iconic Camembert cheese. Only a few ingredients, but so much flavor.

  • Camembert Cheese on green background
    Dairy products
    Camembert cheese PDO

Gather the ingredients.

  • Cut the sweet potatoes into long strips. Cut the Camembert cheese and tear it with your hands.

  • Put about 2inch of oil in a frying pan and heat it. When the temperature rises, add the sweet potatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes.

  • Remove from the pan, drain off the oil, place on a plate, top with Camembert cheese, drizzle with honey, and squeeze lemon over the top.
