A great classic of French cuisine revisited as muffins! They will be perfect for an aperitif or to take along for a picnic.
Ingredients For

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, milk, oil, grated cheese and bacon.
Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the batter into buttered muffin tins.
