Rosie Kellett is a food writer, chef and supper club host, based in London. Her debut cookbook, In for Dinner, was published and became an instant Sunday Times Bestseller in May 2025. She’s the author of The Late Plate, a weekly newsletter where she shares recipes and personal writing from her communal kitchen. Having lived communally with her friends for the last five years, cooking for each other on a budget of £25 per week, Rosie’s work is rooted in community and sharing recipes that are both delicious, affordable and achievable.
